All orders are processed within 1-4 business days  

All Orders are Shipped via the US Postal Service (USPS)

DOMESTIC (Estimated Shipping Time):        

- First Class Shipping: The USPS requests a 2-5 business day delivery period

- Priority Shipping: The USPS requests a 1-4 business day delivery period 

INTERNATIONAL (Estimated Shipping Time):  

- International First Class Shipping: The USPS requests a 6-21 business day delivery period however there are instances where a delivery may exceed 21 business
  days due to factors within your local postal facilities

- Please note that all international customers assumes the responsibility of contacting their local postal service to inquire about ALL status updates regarding there 
  order once it has been dispatched from the United States. A order can be confirmed dispatched from the United States by reviewing the tracking confirmation details.
  Although we would love to provide this service we are unable to as we do not have access to international postal systems allowing us to inquire on behalf of our
  customers. Please take this into consideration when placing an order with us. 

ORDERS WITH FUTURE SHIP DATES (Estimated Shipping Time):  

- Items that have SHIP DATE are estimated to be processed and shipped on the indicated date. For example if an order is place on January 1, 2015 and the item
  indicated a SHIP DATE of JAN 15. This is expected to be processed and shipped on January 15. For any questions regarding SHIP DATES please email

Order Tracking Information

DOMESTIC:

- A link containing your tracking details will be emailed once your order has been processed;

  This link will provide you with the tracking details from the acceptance of order by the USPS to its delivery to the designated address

INTERNATIONAL:

- A link containing your tracking details will be emailed once your order has been processed;

  The purpose of this link is to confirm the acceptance for delivery of your order by the USPS. Unfortunately it will not provide you with the tracking details of your
  order outside of 
United States. As a result we are unable to provide any delivery estimates outside of the 6-21 business day delivery period. Please take this into
  consideration  placing your order

 

Terms and Conditions:

- Orders are not shipped on weekends and U.S. Holidays

- All customers are responsible for all applicable import duties, local taxes, custom fees and any associated handling charges

- We are not responsible for any delays once an order has been accepted for delivery by the USPS

- We are not responsible for undelivered packages/returned orders or incorrectly delivered orders due to errors in the provided shipping address

- We are not responsible for shipping fees associated with undelivered packages or returned orders

- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items

 

Returns: 

- International orders are not eligible for returns

- Earrings, Swimwear, Sleepwear, Sale Items & Final Sale items are not eligible for returns

- All eligible return/exchange items must be unworn, unused and free of any fragrance

- Items that are eligible for return/exchange require a Return Authorization Number (RAN) which may be requested by emailing info@chichiMe.com
  within 3 days of delivery confirmation 

- Approved returns/exchanges must be shipped back with a tracking number and must include the RAN clearly on the outside of return package to ensure delivery and
  a speedy processing

- Once returns are received and processed. Customers will be issued a merchandise credit in the amount of the purchase minus shipping. Any new shipping fees are
  the
 responsibility of the consumer 

- The issuance of a merchandise credit does not guarantee the availability of any specific item.  All product purchases are subject to merchandise availability

- Items that are returned without a RAN will be not be accepted and returned to the customer

- Please allow 2-5 business days for the processing of all returns after receipt

 

Undelivered / Undeliverable / Unclaimed Returns: 

- In the event that your order is undeliverable or unclaimed and listed as "returned to sender" on the tracking details, we will immediately contact you if and when it has
  been received at our warehouse. At this time we will request how you would like us to proceed with your order.

- In the event that your order fails to reach you. We will be unable to issue a refund until the order is returned to our office. 

 

- We will be unable to issue any reshipments or refunds until all shipped parcels are received and processed by our warehouse.

- Please note that ALL shipping & handling fees are non refundable as they were paid to the USPS and are not recoverable once a delivery attempt has been made
  whether its successful or not. Unfortunately this is a rule that we have no control over an must comply with. If you wish to have your purchase reshipped new shipping
  & handling fees will apply. Please take this into consideration when placing an order with us.
