Shipping and Returns
CHICHIME offers free shipping on every order over $100 within USA.
Orders under $100.00 will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $2.75.
All International orders will be charged a flat rate shipping fee of $10 but please be advised that you are responsible for any brokerage fees, customs duties and any other charges that may be imposed.
Please note that for in order to protect the privacy of all consumers CHICHIME is prohibited from discussing ANY customer inquiries including but not limited to order status requests on ANY and ALL social media outlets.

Lead times vary depending on items purchased.
- Items that are currently out stock will ship immediately after their arrival (usually between 1-4 business days).
Business days do not include weekends.
- Items purchased that are on back order and do not become available within the 1-4 business days time period will be refunded to the purchasing bank/credit card on file.
- A confirmation email will be sent with delivery information once an order has been processed.
- CHICHIME can not be held liable for incorrect shipping addresses.
All domestic orders are shipped via US Postal Service First Class Mail unless other arrangements are requested at the time of purchase by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Estimated delivery times after the order has been processed are as follows:
- 2-5 business days from ship date.
All transactions are deemed completed upon CHICHIME's verification that an order has been delivered to the U.S. Postal Service by providing a tracking number which will be emailed upon order fulfillment. Once these tracking numbers have been provided all customers must contact their local post office for any and all status updates. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service
All International orders are shipped via US Postal Service International First Class Mail unless other arrangements are requested at the time of purchase by emailing email@example.com. Estimated delivery times after the order has been processed are as follows:
- 6-14 business days from ship date.
- However, please note that certain international orders may take up to 20 business days to be delivered.
All transactions are deemed completed upon CHICHIME's verification that an order has been delivered to the U.S. Postal Service by a delivery confirmation receipt number for international orders. Once these numbers have been provided all customers must contact their local post office for any and all status updates. We are not responsible for any packages lost, stolen or delayed by the postal service
Please note that US Postal Service International First Class Mail does NOT offer tracking information outside of the U.S.
The status update of "International Letter" listed under the features column of the tracking information indicates that the order has left the U.S. to its destination country.
Please note that we do not ship on weekends and US holidays.
All orders placed between 12:00pm (EST) on Fridays and 11:59pm (EST) on Sundays will be processed on the following business day.

International orders are not eligible for return or exchange of any kind.
For domestic orders a merchandise credit will be issued as a form of return; however no monetary refunds will be issued. In order to receive a merchandise credit please email returns@chichiMe.com within 3 days of receipt to obtain a return authorization (RA) number. Please include your order number in the subject of the email. No returns will be accepted without an issued return authorization number. To receive a merchandise credit, your item must still be unworn or tampered with. All shipping charges including the cost of delivery and taxes will be the responsibility of the customer.
Please note that all Pre-Order purchases, sale items, items purchased with a discount code, custom orders, and all earrings are final sale.
Damages and Claims
Please inspect immediately after receipt. If damage has been found, email email@example.com including "DAMAGE CLAIM" in the subject line and let us know what went wrong. You must contact CHICHIME within 24 hours of receipt to report damage. Damages must be repacked in the original packaging it came in.
We accept Paypal and all major credit cards.
CHICHIME reserves the right to adjust the pricing of items at anytime, without any notice.
